Hummingbirds - Week 33

The ruby-throated hummingbirds were feeling especially feisty in mid-August. These photos were taken near our front deck as they tried to stake out a feeder that held more food than both of them could eat. Views include preening, hovering, rain bathing, and display. Week 33 was August 9-15.
