On September 3, Norfolk Southern P16 returns to New Bern from Morehead City. It's a short load of four military flats with armored vehicles. The Hancock Street track runs down the center of the street. It is seen here passing St. Johns Masonic Lodge #3, one of the oldest Masonic buildings and lodges in North Carolina.
