It’s been a long, long time since Garner NC’s Norfolk Southern depot was a stop for the railroad. The Garner Area Historical Society has finally got the 1910 depot situated in its new home on the corner of Main and Pearl streets. Its long-time companion Southern bay-window caboose is there to keep it company. The new job for the depot is as a historical museum. I took these July 13, 2020.
