At the mouth of Jacks Creek, June 29, 2020, this guys was laughing and running in tighter and tighter circles after throwing spray on birds along the bulkhead at Havens Gardens. He was clearly trying to hit a diving bird in the river, charging at it each time it surfaced for a breath.

            me: STOP IT!

          him: It’s a diving duck

            me: Leave it alone!

        him: I’m just trying to get close to it.

            me: [reference to IQ/anatomy], you’re trying to hit it. STOP!

        him: Why don’t you get in the water, and I’ll do the same thing to you!

            me: How about I turn your boat number in to the Game Warden?

        him: [turns and heads into river]
