Brown-Headed Nuthatches

Stopping at Havens Gardens photograph an osprey one day in June, I took shade under a live oak. I began to hear a squeaking in the tree over me. I soon started to see there a flock of brown-headed nuthatches probing all the nooks and crannies of the old craggy oak. I took all these photos June 29.
