The Sisterhood Band was brought together in 2015 by friends, a love for Joni Mitchell, and a shared musical family backgrounds. Ruby Stewart (white hat) is Rod Stewart’s daughter. Alyssa Bonagura is daughter of Kathie Baillie  and Michael Bonagura (the core of country band Baillie & The Boys). Alyssa has been performing since she was three-years-old and she appeared on Leslie Gore’s It’s My Party. She recorded a duet with Kenny Rogers when she was ten, and opened for Marty Stuart’s tour when she was 16. Ruby (as her mother Kelly Emberg.) was a model before getting into the music business, other than an appearance on her dad’s Sweet Little Rock and Roller when she was seven.
